These 5 things are a major waste of money when it comes to your wardrobe.

1. Graphic Tees (that are not super sentimental.)
Graphic tees for special holidays take up real estate in your closet all year round.
Unless you intend to wear it every single year forever, there are probably better and more stylish things you already own. When it comes to souvenir tees, ask yourself, "Am I going to want to LOVE this and wear this two years from now?" If not, better just to take a bunch of photos to remember the experience instead of buying clothes you won't look forward to wearing after a short time.

2. Cheap Bras
This goes for regular bras and sports bras. If they were very inexpensive, they were probably made poorly which means they will lose their shape and stretch out where you need support.
Do yourself a major favor and buy fewer better. While wearing your best stuff, notice how it adds a little confidence boost. You can have that every day if you want. ;) Wear your good bras every single time.

3. One-Time-Use Pieces (Except for your wedding dress.)
Clothes you only intend on wearing once are the most expensive per use. Not to mention it's really hard on the environment. Let's say you're looking for a new dress to wear to a baby shower because all of your other dresses are cocktail dresses, get something you can also wear to work or something you would love to wear again on date night.

4. Clothes that don't fit you perfectly.
If you buy something that doesn't fit you right, you won't feel comfortable while wearing it. You'll most likely never go to reach for it while getting dressed either. And the piece becomes even more expensive if you decide to get it tailored. If it doesn't flatter your shape, you won't feel confident in it. It's a little bit self-sabotage-y. So when you try it on, be radically honest with yourself and be kind to yourself by saving the money for something that looks ridiculously good on you.

5. Clothes that don't feel good.
For example, if it's itchy, forget about it... if it's tight around your rib cage and you can't breathe very well, forget about it. Ain't nobody got time for that, life is hard and uncomfortable enough.

Dressing well, and having the tools to do so will make you feel confident in your clothes and in your skin.

When you feel good about what I'm wearing and you feel good in your body, and you're way more likely to share your gifts with the world.

That's why it's so important.
