THE MOST POWERFUL THING YOU CAN DO.

The most POWERFUL thing you can do...
is practice RADICAL SELF-LOVE.

Radical acceptance is a major threat to the system.

It's a disruption to the pattern we were told was the truth.

Feeling-yo-self is a radical concept.

It's not needing external approval or validation.

By doing this you are going against all that been conditioned into you by the media.

Media and advertisements teach us body-shame so they can "fix it" with a product... their “solution.”

They depend on us hating ourselves.

Liking yourself is having control.

It’s you in the driver's seat.

It’s you not needing external approval or validation from ANYONE EXCEPT YOURSELF.

IT'S THE ULTIMATE FUCK YOU TO THE SYSTEM.

When a woman is feeling herself, celebrate along with her.

Unite in sisterhood.

Patriarchy has divided us and isolated us and has taught us to feel shame, insecurity, and lesser than. That's their tactic to stay in control.

Two ways to change the way you think about your "flaws" and to start owning your inherent perfection.

1. Start thinking it's cute. Or funny but not in a humiliating way, in an adorable way. (I learned this from Ilana Wexler (aka Illana Glazer) from Broad City, she's an incredible and hilarious example of unconditional self-love and a champion-er of women.)
Example: Got k-ankles? They're so cute!! And strong!!

2. Entertain the idea that you could be wrong.
Example: Got stretch marks? Kendrick Lamar says: "Show me somethin' natural like ass with some stretch marks."
Consider the perspective that your stretch marks could be hot.  ;)

Just considering these ideas is MAJOR progress.

Cheers to you!

Happy healing, sisters.

I'm here with you and so are so many incredible women.
