MAKING BETTER DECISIONS

This may sound ironic... so stay with me...
the best way to liberate yourself is to set limits.

THIS WILL SET YOU FREE.

Creating boundaries with the intention of using your energy for things you want is the best gift you can give yourself.

A Real-Life DECISION-MAKING Example:

Example A:
I need new jeans to fill a gap in my wardrobe, I've been wanting to wear black jeans and I don't own a pair.
Instead of getting super overwhelmed and scrolling the internet for hours,
or just buying something that "will do," I first identify what it is I want and need so I can love and use it forever.

THE KEY IS TO INQUIRE AND ANSWER WITHIN.

INQUIRE: What do I need?
ANSWER: Jeans.

INQUIRE: What color?
ANSWER: Black.

INQUIRE: What brand fits me best?
ANSWER: Levi's. (I limit to only buying from brands I know fit me well.)

INQUIRE: What style of this brand fits me best?
ANSWER: "Ribcage," wide leg

BOOM.

With the limits I created for myself,
I just freed myself from spending agonizing hours
of lingering in indecision about what I need.

PRO-TIP: This works the same for other areas of your life.
Including the grocery store!
Being concise about the liberating limits you have for yourself will
SET YOU FREE!

Another Real-Life Example:
I really enjoy good chocolate.
At the grocery store, there are soooo many options and my impulse is just to spin out in indecisions.
My real thoughts: "DO I WANT M&M's?! Do I wanna Toblerone?! Or a Kind Bar is healthier, huh? Or maybe what I really want is ice cream??"

LIBERATING LIMIT: I only buy my favorite. (Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups from Trader Joes, or See's Candies.)
This way I enjoy the BEST chocolate and don't settle or waste money on something that's just "meh..."

This concept will upgrade your experience of LIVING.

It will free you from wasting time, energy, and money that you might really love to use elsewhere.
